Mindfulness is a type of meditation requiring intense focus on awareness; what you are sensing and feeling in the present moment.

Practicing mindfulness involves incorporating breathing methods, guided imagery, and many other techniques to practice relaxing the mind and body.

 

Meditation begins and ends in the body. It involves attention to where we are, what is going on, and becoming aware of your Energy.
